MAKE IT EASY FOR YOUR CLIENT TO BUY FROM YOU!

Ease of purchase, Cash flow and liquidity are major factors in your client’s decision to invest in your products and services.

New Prospects to whom you are proposing:

  1. Include a monthly payment plan that includes all your hardware, software, and services so your client is choosing whether they want to pay cash up front or easy monthly payments.
  2. Inform them that the services you provide typically create a Research and Development Credit event which lowers their cost and also may create considerable cash flow to their business or shareholders.

Current Clients that you want to provide additional services to or stay connected to:

  1. Announce your new partnership that could bring cash into their companies.
    1. The services you provide typically create a Research and Development Credit event which lowers their cost and may create considerable cash flow to their business or shareholders
    2. Your client should see if they qualify for cash credits due to the services you performed
    3. You can set up a call to see if they qualify
  2. As part of the announcement, state that you can provide a monthly payment program for all your products and services so that they can implement those needed system upgrades or new, cost reduction programs you can provide

Pending Projects that prospects/clients haven’t accepted yet:

  1. Go back to your client with a new pricing page in your proposal.
    1. Becomes the same as a new prospect
    2. Re-open the conversation by announcing a new in-house monthly payment program and tell them that the services/project you are offering typically creates a Research and Development Credit event which lowers their cost and also may create considerable cash flow to their business or shareholders

ONBOARDING PROCESS

  1. Complete and submit the Dimension Vendor Enrollment Form to dmorrison@dimensionfunding.com
  2. Complete and submit the Business Group Resources Referral Partner Agreement to RichardToral@BusinessGroupResources.com
  3. Consult with Dimension Funding to determine your own best “Standard” funding offering for your clients from among a variety of program offerings:
    1. 90 day Deferred Payment; $0 in advance; Discount Rate Promotions (0% interest, 1.9%, 2.9%, etc.); Extended Terms (36 months, 48 months or 60 months).
    2. You can always create a customized funding depending on your client’s specific needs.
  4. R&D is always a simple statement and question for the client:
    1. “Typically, the work we do for a client qualifies for some government R&D credits. I’d like to set up a 15 minute meeting with our partner who specializes in identifying and bringing that cash into your company.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR IN-HOUSE FUNDING AND R&D CREDIT QUALIFICATION PROGRAM

You have multiple choices

Set up your company to offer monthly payments and R&D qualification to every client:

  1. Spend an hour with Dimension to learn and set up the process – it is simple and painless
    1. Pre-qualify your client
      1. Call or email Dimension Funding – above
      2. Provide basic information to Dimension Funding about your client:  Legal name, address, web site, phone #
        • Send preliminary sales quote/proposal to Dimension
        • Within 24 hours (or sooner, if urgent) you will get qualification or information about any problem issues

Just flip it over your shoulder to your finance liaison from Dimension Funding or Business Group Resources:

  1. You would use this option if you have only occasional need to quote a monthly payment schedule to prospects/clients
    1. For example: when you did not expect there to be a problem and, in your discussions, you determine that your prospect is hesitating or asks to postpone implementation.
    2. Or: Your business typically deals with larger clients who never or rarely need/want monthly payments
  2. To get your client qualified for monthly payments
    1. All you need to do is call or email Dimension Funding

    3. Give Dean your clients name, and contact information
    4. Dean will contact the client and take everything from there and keep you in the loop.
  3. To get your client qualified for Research and Development credits
    1. All you need to do is call or email Business Group Resources (BGR)
    2. Richard Toral at 714.307.2442 or RichardToral@BusinessGroupResources.com
    3. Set up a ½ hour conversation with the appropriate senior executive
    4. Be on the phone to start the conversation with the client and Richard will take everything from there and keep you in the loop.
    5. You receive commission from every successful R&D program established – for the life of the program, which should be every year or every few years.

Hybrid – Set up your company to offer monthly payments and R&D qualification almost every client but flip it over your shoulder for some:

  1. You may have complex or very large clients that require Dimension’s expertise to complete the funding.
    1. Set your company up to offer on most standard proposals (#1 above)
    2. Call Dimension and introduce them into any unusual funding situation and they will handle the entire transaction and keep you in the loop. (#2 above)
  2. R & D qualification always remains the same – Set up the meeting with Richard/BGR and they will handle it all and keep you in the loop.

A CLIENT SAYS “YES”. NOW WHAT?

How to submit a new client to Dimension Funding

  1. Assuming that the client has been prequalified (#2 above):
    1. Send your final client invoice to Dimension
    2. Documents are created by Dimension and sent to your customer for signature
    3. Once documents have been received by Dimension, funds are normally released via ACH payment into your account the next business day.

How to submit a new client for R&D credits

The entire process will be implemented by BGR and you will be informed as the process progresses.
